La narraci\u00f3n es ligera, el humor ingl\u00e9s muy presente. Como para que el espectador entre en ella desconfiado y se deje conducir sin reticencias hacia una confrontaci\u00f3n consigo mismo.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Es por eso que esta historia, que podr\u00eda ser s\u00f3lo la de un pa\u00eds, es, por extrapolaci\u00f3n, la de un mundo occidental que se desintegra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Los primeros episodios nos muestran una sociedad en la que los proyectos tecnol\u00f3gicos de hoy ya han tomado forma, o son incluso pasado. La comunicaci\u00f3n es constante, simult\u00e1nea y global. El acceso de la juventud a la tecnolog\u00eda le procura aspiraciones hoy solo imaginables, \u00a0y aunque los anhelos que tenemos hoy han sido cubiertos, la insatisfacci\u00f3n es la misma. Es este mismo mundo, pero peor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">La l\u00ednea de separaci\u00f3n entre verdad y mentira se nos hace casi inexistente desde los primeros cap\u00edtulos, en los que <strong>la trama pol\u00edtica marca el ritmo de los a\u00f1os<\/strong> que vivir\u00e1 la familia Lyons: el nacimiento del partido Four Star Party, el surgimiento de Viv Rook, el crecimiento del fascismo y, junto a todo ello, la generalizaci\u00f3n de los <em>fake news<\/em>, el control de los medios, la presi\u00f3n de la inmigraci\u00f3n, el crack del sistema financiero, el endurecimiento global de lo religioso, el desastre clim\u00e1tico. Todos nuestros temores son, all\u00ed, una realidad. En medio de ese torbellino, los Lyons se mantienen sorprendentemente conectados como <strong>una red sin\u00e1ptica emociona<\/strong>l, gracias a esa misma tecnolog\u00eda que hoy a\u00edsla a los j\u00f3venes incluso de su vida familiar. Todos ellos comparten su tiempo y cohabitan, obligados a entenderse, unidos por la ausencia de los padres y la presencia de la abuela. De hecho, es la abuela Lyons, una mujer de setenta a\u00f1os, quien funge de cabeza de familia. La vemos envejecer lentamente, benefici\u00e1ndose del avance de la ciencia, y mirar ese mundo que se transforma, veloz, en un espacio y tiempo atemorizantes. A trav\u00e9s de sus ojos, que han visto muchas cosas y que declinan, para luego reavivarse, vemos pasar esos \u00aba\u00f1os de a\u00f1os\u00bb, y sufrimos con ellos por amor, sentimos decepci\u00f3n, miedo, nos re\u00edmos; a trav\u00e9s de esos ojos vemos a los Lyons festejar y llorar por lo que se pierde en una historia apasionante que no duda en plantar enfrente nuestro el resultado de nuestras decisiones.
